Powell Valley Healthcare has partnered with HealthStream® to conduct Patient Satisfaction surveys.
Following your stay with us you may receive a telephone call from HealthStream®. The phone number you’ll see is (615) 846-8410. This call will only take a few minutes and your feedback will be used by PVHC to continually provide excellent patient care.
Patients receiving services at Powell Valley Clinic will receive an email or text message from HealthStream - firstname.lastname@example.org or via SMS text 48798. Patients are randomly selected and if you are chosen please complete the survey.
